Not every malted snack is malteasers, the same as not every bar of chocolate is cadbury, hersheys e.c.t. They are still chcolate but taste very different. Yes, whoppers do taste different to malteasers and I think they taste worse. So OP is absolutely right. America doesn’t have the brand malteasers.
